Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging piano lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, following Cristofori's structured curriculum
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles and musical goals
- Prepare students for examinations (ABRSM, Trinity) and recitals with effective coaching methodologies
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and communicate student development with parents/guardians
- Participate in school events, workshops, and continuous professional development programs
- Ensure teaching spaces are well-maintained and equipped with necessary resources
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement initiatives and share best teaching practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Music or equivalent professional piano certification (ABRSM Grade 8 minimum)
- Minimum 2 years of formal piano teaching experience with proven student success records
- Strong command of music theory, sight-reading, and various piano teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to connect with diverse age groups
- Valid Singapore work permit or Singaporean/PR citizenship
- Proficiency in English with ability to teach in other languages (Mandarin/Malay) advantageous
- Passion for music education and demonstrated commitment to student development
