Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute live streaming sessions from planning to post-event analysis
- Manage technical operations including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and broadcast quality control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, marketing, sales) for integrated event delivery
- Monitor real-time engagement metrics and implement optimization strategies
- Develop creative concepts to enhance audience interaction and retention
- Mentor junior team members on live streaming best practices and protocols
- Collaborate with sales teams to align streaming content with business objectives
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging streaming technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years experience in live streaming hosting or digital media production
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage technical teams during live events
- Expertise with streaming platforms (OBS, Twitch, YouTube Live) and broadcast equipment
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for real-time technical issues during broadcasts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful live streaming campaigns or events
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for multi-audience engagement
