Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise hull construction and outfitting teams in shipyard operations
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality departments for seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with marine engineering standards and safety regulations
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation for efficient workflow
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipyard processes
- Conduct technical audits and resolve engineering challenges
- Mentor junior engineers and develop team technical competencies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in shipbuilding or offshore fabrication
- Proven leadership experience in hull/outfitting operations
- Strong knowledge of shipyard processes and marine construction techniques
- Certification in maritime safety management systems (e.g., ISM Code)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with technical English proficiency
