Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the outlet, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation according to company SOPs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the outlet team to achieve performance targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stock taking, and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an F&B or retail supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in operating Point of Sales (POS) systems and basic office software.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be based in Lombok/Mataram and work in rotating shifts.
