As a Shift Leader, you will oversee the daily flow of the store, manage team performance, and maintain the efficiency of our kitchen and front-of-house operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily outlet operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain strict quality control standards for all food and beverage products served.
- Manage and mentor outlet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and supply ordering to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols (HACCP standards) throughout the shift.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Ensure the outlet environment is clean, organized, and compliant with brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or Shift Leader role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and outlet operational procedures.
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic digital reporting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude and strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma or vocational degree in Hospitality/Culinary Arts is preferred.
