As a Picker, you are the backbone of our operation, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating our storage facility, identifying products, and preparing orders for delivery. You will work closely with the warehouse team to maintain high operational efficiency while adhering to safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to the digital manifest.
- Ensure items are handled with care to prevent damage during the picking process.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy to ensure inventory count matches the system records.
- Organize picked goods at designated staging areas for the delivery team.
- Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Keep the workstation and warehouse aisles clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols established by Astro Indonesia.
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the work shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic familiarity with warehouse technology, such as handheld scanners or mobile apps.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict time-sensitive deadlines.
- Must be able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Discipline, integrity, and a proactive attitude toward tasks.
- Residence in Kabupaten Tangerang or surrounding areas is preferred for easier commute.
