Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse locations using digital picking systems
- Verify product details, quantities, and quality before packing
- Efficiently pack items according to safety standards and customer requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Collaborate with packing and shipping teams for seamless order processing
- Adhere to company policies on productivity and workplace safety
- Report inventory discrepancies or operational issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
