Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging for shipment
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
