Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule.
