Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric attitude.
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule.
