Concentrix is looking for a dynamic Pioneer Account – Spark Cubao to lead the development of new business opportunities in the vibrant Cubao market. In this full‑time role, you will act as the primary point of contact for emerging clients, delivering tailored solutions that drive growth and satisfaction.
You will be responsible for identifying prospects, understanding their unique needs, and presenting Concentrix’s portfolio of customer experience services. By building strong relationships and leveraging your sales expertise, you’ll create long‑term partnerships that contribute to the company’s expansion in Metro Manila.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business leads within the Cubao area to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring a deep understanding of client requirements.
- Present and demonstrate Concentrix’s service offerings, tailoring solutions to meet client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience (1–3 years) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Filipino and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid NBI clearance or willingness to obtain prior to hiring.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Cubao, Metro Manila.
