Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Meet and exceed individual KPIs related to call quality, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and fellow specialists to share best practices and improve processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay current on products, policies, and soft‑skill techniques.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting peers and upholding company standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call centre or customer‑facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Filipino is an advantage).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing.
- Ability to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Cubao, Metro Manila.
