Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Meet and exceed individual KPIs related to call quality, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team leads and fellow specialists to share best practices and improve processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay current on products, policies, and soft‑skill techniques.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting peers and upholding company standards.

Kualifikasi

  • High school graduate or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call centre or customer‑facing role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Filipino is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing.
  • Ability to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
