Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Assist patients and clients in resolving their healthcare-related questions and concerns.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and call scripts to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Participate actively in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree holder (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Willingness to undergo training and background check.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a strong customer service mindset.
- Available to work on shifting schedules, including weekends.
