As a CSR, you will handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements and share best practices.
- Stay current with product knowledge, updates, and procedural changes to deliver accurate support.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in continuous learning opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate (SHS) or equivalent; college graduates are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required – we provide full training!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and active listening abilities.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a new account environment.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
