Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements and share best practices.
  • Stay current with product knowledge, updates, and procedural changes to deliver accurate support.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in continuous learning opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • At least high school graduate (SHS) or equivalent; college graduates are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required – we provide full training!
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and active listening abilities.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a new account environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
