Acquire Intelligence is looking for a dynamic and experienced Broadcast Operations Team Leader to oversee our pioneering entertainment account. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of dedicated operators, ensuring seamless broadcast quality and exceptional customer service standards. You will be responsible for monitoring technical performance, managing daily operations, and handling high-priority escalations in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the broadcast team to ensure 100% uptime and quality.
- Monitor signal quality and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance monitoring sessions for team members.
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality Assurance (QA) standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Handle high-priority escalations and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve team productivity.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the operations team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in broadcast operations or call center team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of broadcast equipment, signal monitoring tools, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving KPI targets.
- Passion for the entertainment industry and customer satisfaction.
