Tanggung Jawab

  • Qualify and segment B2B leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles (ICP).
  • Perform deep-dive research to enrich CRM data with accurate contact information and firmographic details.
  • Execute strategic outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company solutions and identify pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Account Executives to handover qualified opportunities and assist in meeting quota targets.
  • Maintain high standards of data hygiene within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Draft and personalize outreach sequences that resonate with target stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development (SDR), or Sales Operations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Proven experience working with B2B CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
  • Strong research capabilities and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a contract-based remote or hybrid environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and operational efficiency.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
