Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Piping BIM Engineer to join our prestigious engineering team in Singapore. In this contract role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality 3D modeling and detailed piping design documentation for complex large-scale projects.

You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that all piping systems are modeled with precision, clash-detected, and fully optimized for seamless site installation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex 3D piping models using BIM software in accordance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams to perform comprehensive clash detection and resolution.
- Produce accurate piping fabrication drawings, layouts, and isometric diagrams for construction teams.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with international engineering standards and internal quality protocols.
- Attend project coordination meetings to provide technical insights on constructability and design optimization.
- Update and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest design iterations.
- Assist in the generation of material take-offs (MTOs) and support procurement planning through precise modeling.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically focused on industrial or commercial piping systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of piping engineering principles, including pipe sizing, routing, and support design.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction standards (BCA BIM requirements) and localized building codes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both internal teams and clients.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, project-driven contract environment.
