Join a dynamic engineering team to support a major Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) EPC project in Jakarta Raya. We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Engineer to lead the design, engineering, and technical support for critical piping systems. In this role, you will ensure that all piping solutions meet international standards and project specifications while optimizing efficiency and safety.
As a key member of the project team, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineers and site installation crews to deliver high-quality infrastructure. You will be responsible for the entire piping lifecycle, from initial concept design and detailed engineering to the final commissioning phase, ensuring seamless integration with the broader plant systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the detailed design and layout of piping systems for WWTP facilities, including isometric drawings, piping plans, and material take-offs.
- Perform pipe stress analysis and verify compliance with international codes such as ASME B31.3, ASTM, and ISO standards.
- Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure proper integration of piping systems with other plant components.
- Review vendor drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure quality and adherence to project standards.
- Provide on-site technical support and supervision during the installation and commissioning phases.
- Develop and maintain accurate piping material reports, as-built drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Conduct technical meetings and site inspections to resolve design conflicts and ensure project milestones are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in piping design, specifically within Water/Wastewater Treatment or EPC projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as PDMS, E3D, or AutoCAD P&ID.
- Strong working knowledge of international piping standards (ASME, ANSI, DIN, JIS).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight project deadlines.
- Valid engineering certification is highly preferred.
