Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop piping systems for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Prepare detailed piping drawings, specifications, and material take-offs using CAD software
- Perform stress analysis and hydraulic calculations for piping systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, structural, and process engineers
- Review and approve vendor drawings and technical documentation
- Conduct site visits to assess existing piping systems and provide recommendations for improvements
- Ensure all piping designs meet safety requirements and operational efficiency standards
- Stay updated with the latest industry developments and best practices in piping engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping design for industrial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and specialized piping design tools
- Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME B31.3, etc.)
- Experience with stress analysis software (CAESAR II, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
