Join PT Emmerick Indonesia Jaya, a leading player in the global petrochemical industry specializing in the production of Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE). In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and maintaining the piping infrastructure that supports our state-of-the-art production facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop piping systems and layouts for new projects and modifications, ensuring compliance with international standards (ASME, DIN) and local regulations (SKKNI).
- Perform detailed piping stress analysis to ensure system integrity, safety, and reliability under operating conditions.
- Prepare and review Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), isometrics, and 3D models using CAD software.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, procurement teams, and construction units to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Select appropriate piping materials and components based on process requirements and economic factors.
- Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to piping installation and operation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in piping engineering, preferably within the petrochemical, chemical, or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with 3D modeling software (PDS, PDMS, or SmartPlant 3D) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of piping codes, standards, and stress analysis methodologies (e.g., Caesar II, CAESAR II).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Valid Indonesian Professional Engineer (Sertifikasi Ahli) license is an advantage.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
