Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed mechanical and piping designs, layouts, and P&ID drawings for industrial projects.
- Perform stress analysis and calculations to ensure structural integrity and operational safety.
- Select appropriate materials based on project requirements, pressure ratings, and chemical compatibility.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, material take-offs, and compliance reports.
- Supervise onsite installation or maintenance activities to ensure alignment with approved design plans.
- Participate in technical reviews and safety audits to identify potential system failures and optimize performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in piping and mechanical design within an industrial or consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, CAESAR II, or SolidWorks.
- Solid understanding of international codes and standards (e.g., ASME B31.3, API, ISO).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
