In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily field operations within the pit area, ensuring that all mining service processes are executed with precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
As a Pit Service Group Leader, you will act as a bridge between management and field personnel, monitoring production schedules, equipment readiness, and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise field operations in the pit area to ensure mining services align with the production schedule.
- Enforce strict compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) standards at all times.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance issues to the technical team for immediate resolution.
- Provide operational guidance and mentorship to field staff to improve team productivity and technical proficiency.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure seamless material movement and resource allocation.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and pre-shift inspections to mitigate operational risks.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding pit service activities and productivity metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mining operations, specifically in pit service or related operational supervision.
- Possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of mining production processes, heavy equipment operation, and pit maintenance procedures.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage field teams in a high-pressure mining environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Willing to be assigned to remote mining site locations across Indonesia as required.
