Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Manage dough preparation, including kneading, proofing, stretching, and shaping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times to ensure food safety compliance.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report shortages to management to prevent waste.
- Interact with customers to take orders accurately and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and efficient operations.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained in good working order.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations set by the company.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques, dough chemistry, and topping combinations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment during peak hours.
- Strong attention to detail regarding food presentation and hygiene standards.
- Basic math skills for recipe scaling and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
- A valid food handler's permit (if applicable in the region).
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality food.
