Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake artisanal pizzas using traditional and modern techniques
- Manage dough production including mixing, proofing, and storage
- Execute pizza station operations during peak service hours
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pizza offerings
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen team for seamless menu execution
- Train junior staff on pizza-making best practices
- Source and maintain premium-quality ingredients
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years as Pizza Chef or Pizzaiolo in hotel/restaurant setting
- Expertise in dough fermentation and wood-fired oven management
- Knowledge of diverse pizza styles (Neapolitan, Roman, Sicilian)
- Ability to perform trade test demonstrating core skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle high-volume service
- Relevant culinary certification preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina for extended standing and kitchen heat exposure
