Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble pizzas according to standard recipes and customer specifications.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation during peak hours.
- Handle customer orders accurately and provide excellent service when interacting with guests.
- Ensure all food products are stored correctly to maintain freshness.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong passion for cooking and a genuine interest in the pizza-making process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
