Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings following established recipes
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pizza orders
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with kitchen team during peak hours and special events
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management
- Train on new menu items and cooking techniques as required
