Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pizzas according to authentic recipes and L'Osteria standards.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and manage stock levels to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak dining hours.
- Maintain a high standard of food presentation and hygiene practices.
- Assist in menu planning and preparation of other Italian dishes as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a pizza-making role or baking within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and pizza dough preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
- Basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
