Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough according to traditional recipes and standards.
- Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring consistent portioning and presentation.
- Manage the wood-fired or stone oven, maintaining optimal temperatures for a perfect crust.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation throughout service.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Monitor ingredient quality and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Pizza Maker or Pizzaiolo in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Deep understanding of pizza dough fermentation and preparation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Italian pizza ingredients and flavor profiles.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume shifts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
