This is a critical role within our manufacturing and logistics ecosystem. As a Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal balance of supply and demand, managing production schedules, and driving inventory efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe including Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics to support product launches and ongoing operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Product Management) to ensure material availability and resolve supply issues.
- Analyze supply and demand data to identify risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage critical master data parameters in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to ensure planning accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the planning department to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with global logistics and warehousing teams to optimize freight costs and inventory turns.
- Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, schedule attainment, and inventory health.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by collaborating with engineering to align planning activities with product launch timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a planning or supply chain analyst role, ideally within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Kinaxis, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions across multiple functions.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment while managing competing priorities.
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent supply chain certification is highly desirable.
