Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and maintain daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and warehouse departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in capacity planning to optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Support the production planning team in executing short-term and long-term supply chain strategies.
- Perform statistical analysis to track production yields and forecast requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations is preferred (fresh graduates with strong analytical backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong mathematical aptitude with a focus on statistics and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
