- Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and timely delivery of products
- Coordinate work orders across departments to maintain optimal workflow and resource utilization
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement to prevent production delays
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Generate regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and department performance
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality control teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all planning activities
- Forecast demand and adjust production schedules accordingly to meet market requirements
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
