- Manage and nurture key customer accounts through strategic planning and regular communication
- Collaborate with TCS Program Manager to coordinate logistics and supply chain activities
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and business targets
- Analyze operational data to identify optimization opportunities and improve efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to maintain optimal stock
- Prepare detailed planning reports and performance metrics for stakeholder review
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, logistics, or manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and client management
- Proficiency in planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of TCS (Total Cost of Ownership) principles and program management
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
