Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely progression from initiation through manufacturing to final delivery.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent fulfillment.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align schedules and resource availability.
- Prepare accurate production reports and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for management review.
- Manage engineering change orders and their impact on material planning and production timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and manufacturing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), or inventory control.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively interface with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
- A disciplined approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry is highly advantageous.
