You will be responsible for coordinating manufacturing activities, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate production plans and schedules based on customer orders and available capacity.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Utilize SAP systems to record production data, track inventory movements, and generate timely reports.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments to align production goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical).
- At least 2 years of related experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in using SAP software for planning, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
