Excelitas Technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner/Buyer to join our dynamic team in Calabarzon & Mimaropa. In this role, you will be responsible for performing activities relevant to purchasing and planning of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished goods to support our manufacturing operations.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, warehousing, and finance to ensure timely availability of materials while optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs. Your expertise in procurement processes and materials planning will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and meeting production deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain purchasing plans for materials, supplies, equipment, and finished goods
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust procurement activities accordingly
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings
- Analyze market trends and identify potential suppliers to diversify sourcing options
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Collaborate with production planning teams to align purchasing activities with production schedules
- Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing with suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or materials planning
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
