M-Fischer Tech Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic Planner cum Production Material Controller to join our team in Larkin, Johor. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time to meet our ambitious production schedules.
As our Production Material Controller, you will balance inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to prevent supply chain disruptions. You will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing throughput, minimizing waste, and maintaining the high-quality standards that M-Fischer Tech is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stock-outs.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of essential components.
- Analyze production schedules to identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to adjust schedules based on machine availability and workforce capacity.
- Prepare weekly reports on production progress, material usage, and inventory status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or material control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Just-In-Time (JIT) production principles is a distinct advantage.
