Planner Executive

In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our production efficiency. You will collaborate closely with a friendly and supportive team to develop and execute production schedules that meet customer demands while optimizing our resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet customer orders and inventory targets.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow and resource availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess stock while avoiding shortages.
• Analyze production data and forecast trends to proactively adjust planning schedules.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and capacity constraints in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate records of planning activities, production orders, and shipment schedules.
• Prepare regular performance reports on delivery KPIs, inventory turnover, and production output.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, MRP, and inventory management principles is highly valued.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
