Jabil is seeking a highly skilled Planner to join our dynamic operations team in Penang Island & Batu Kawan. In this key role, you will serve as the primary interface for our customers, bridging the gap between customer demand and our internal operational capabilities. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining feasible operational plans that drive customer satisfaction and optimize inventory levels.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer demand planning and shipment coordination.
- Develop and maintain accurate operational plans to meet customer service levels and inventory targets.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast demand and mitigate supply risks.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure material availability and production scheduling.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and fill rates.
- Resolve any discrepancies between forecasted demand and actual requirements efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning or logistics planning within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience is highly desirable).
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
