Join Innovalues as a Planner (Material/Production) and become a key driver in optimizing our manufacturing operations. This critical role involves planning, monitoring, and analyzing production schedules, raw material allocation, and inventory control to ensure seamless workflow and cost efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production targets with material availability, minimize waste, and maintain optimal stock levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate procurement to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Analyze production data and machine capacity to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams for seamless material flow
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and material usage
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and quality standards
- Utilize ERP systems for real-time planning and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or material control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
