In this critical role, you'll orchestrate the seamless execution of pest control field activities, ensuring technicians deliver services effectively, efficiently, and safely. Your strategic planning will directly impact client satisfaction and operational efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, resolve scheduling conflicts, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule pest control technician activities for optimal operational efficiency
- Ensure all field operations comply with company SOPs and safety regulations
- Monitor daily technician routes and adjust plans to address operational challenges
- Communicate with technicians and clients to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Optimize resource allocation to minimize costs and maximize service coverage
- Maintain accurate records of operations and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with sales team to align operational plans with client requirements
- Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in planning, scheduling, or field coordination
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of pest control industry standards and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
