We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production and Material Planning professional to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing production schedules, managing material requirements, and ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain. You will work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize costs, and meet customer demand efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules to align with demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor inventory levels, implement strategies to reduce excess stock, and prevent shortages.
- Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to create accurate material requirement plans (MRP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, logistics) to align planning with business goals.
- Resolve supply chain issues including supplier delays, quality concerns, and production constraints.
- Generate and present regular reports on planning performance metrics with actionable insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, production control, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional certification in supply chain (CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
