Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Plan and execute raw material replenishment based on consumption forecasts and lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align material availability with production plans.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.
- Support demand planning activities by reviewing historical data and forecasts.
- Prepare reports on planning activities, inventory accuracy, and production output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Good understanding of inventory management principles, MRP, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
