Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet market demand.
- Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring all processes follow safety and quality protocols.
- Coordinate cross-departmentally with Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality Control teams.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and waste reduction.
- Lead shift briefings and provide mentorship to junior operational staff.
- Ensure all documentation for project tracking and inventory compliance is accurate and up-to-date.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning, project management, or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work in Cikarang and adapt to shift schedules as required by production needs.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
