Cohu, Inc. is a global leader in semiconductor test and inspection equipment, and we are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planner/Scheduler to join our dynamic operations team in the Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for balancing supply and demand, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring that our production schedules align perfectly with global business requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Utilize ERP and MRP systems to track material availability and production progress in real-time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for scheduling improvements.
- Manage capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization across production lines.
- Maintain data integrity within the planning system to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Proactively communicate potential scheduling conflicts and develop mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in planning, scheduling, or production control within a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience working with enterprise-level SCM applications; proficiency in Oracle Systems is highly preferred.
- Strong command of MRP logic and advanced inventory management practices.
- Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting operational priorities.
