Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to optimize workflow and meet delivery targets
- Coordinate material availability with procurement and warehouse departments
- Approve product releases to production planning system based on capacity and resource constraints
- Analyze production data to identify scheduling bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure manufacturing requirements are met
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust priorities based on demand fluctuations
- Generate performance reports on production efficiency and resource utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in production planning or manufacturing scheduling
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and forecasts
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain management principles
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
