Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for power plant equipment to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure availability of parts, materials, and labor for planned maintenance.
- Monitor work order backlogs and prioritize tasks based on equipment criticality and operational needs.
- Generate detailed reports on maintenance performance, budget tracking, and scheduling compliance for management review.
- Collaborate with inventory and procurement departments to optimize supply chain efficiency for maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and address any scheduling conflicts or resource bottlenecks.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or operations management within an industrial or power plant setting.
- Strong proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project management tools (Primavera or MS Project).
- Solid understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
