Join China Gezhouba Group Corporation, a leading international construction company, as we seek a highly skilled Planning and Control Manager to join our team in Bandung, Jawa Barat. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the detailed analysis and continuous implementation of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts related to project planning and reporting.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring project timelines are met, resources are optimized, and financial targets are achieved. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress against milestones, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Your expertise in contract analysis and project control will be instrumental in driving project success and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the construction industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and interpret Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with project objectives
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of planning and control processes
- Conduct variance analysis between planned and actual project performance, providing recommendations for improvement
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with company and contractual requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning and control within the construction industry
- Proven expertise in analyzing and implementing PPA and EPC contracts
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in project management (PMP) or project planning is highly desirable
