- Lead end-to-end project planning and design processes for commercial/residential developments
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure seamless execution
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for design proposals
- Implement quality control protocols and safety compliance frameworks
- Optimize construction methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage stakeholder communications and project documentation systems
- Research and integrate sustainable design practices and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in construction planning/design
- PMP or RICS certification preferred
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Proven track record of managing âą50M+ construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes and regulatory requirements
- Advanced budgeting and cost control capabilities
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
