Golden Haven Memorial Park, Inc. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Planning Architect to join our dynamic team in Las Pinas City. As a premier provider of memorial services, we are dedicated to creating serene and dignified spaces for the living. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our planning and engineering projects, ensuring that our designs meet both aesthetic and technical standards.
You will assist in the creation of high-quality CAD drawings and be responsible for preparing essential deliverables such as working drawings and sectional maps. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with CAD drawings related to Planning and engineering projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, sectional maps, and other related deliverables.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design team to conceptualize site layouts.
- Review existing drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and technical presentations.
- Maintain a clean and organized digital and physical filing system for all architectural plans.
- Conduct site visits to verify project progress and site conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in CAD drafting and site planning.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and engineering standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila.
