Singapore Aero Support Services is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Changi Airport. As a Planning Coordinator, you will be the bridge between various operational teams, ensuring that resources are allocated correctly and that flight schedules are supported seamlessly. You will monitor inventory levels, communicate with ground handling units, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily shift schedules and work assignments for the aviation support team.
- Liaise with ground handling units and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Monitor and update flight schedules and resource availability to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and distribute daily operational reports and shift briefings.
- Address and resolve operational discrepancies or scheduling conflicts immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all airport regulations and company safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, attendance, and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- GCE O Level or A Level qualifications are preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, aviation, or shift coordination is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in Singapore are mandatory.
