Tanggung Jawab
- Follow up with customers to obtain die shipment schedules and pre-alerts
- Ensure sufficient quantity of consigned materials are available for production
- Coordinate with internal teams to align production schedules with customer demands
- Maintain accurate records of material shipments and inventory levels
- Address customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize transportation and delivery processes
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential shortages
- Prepare regular reports on material availability and shipment status
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in planning, logistics, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and planning software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
